General Remodeling
The guy started work then never showed up. It turns out I gave him the name of another person who might need work. Much to my surprise, instead of doing my agreed too work, he was over at this other guy's house doing work for him. Then, when I fired him he sent me a bill for a phantom carpenter who was never at my site! Fortunately, I had a security camera installed and could prove this carpenter was never there. When I showed this evidence to him that was the last I ever saw of him again.
