LAURIE T.
Aug 2013
It is just incredible how much better the place looked after the first week of work was done. The city had previously mowed very high grass, since the previous owner had not yet done any mowing at all, and they left a lot of very long "hay" behind and still very tall grass. The grass was cut again and raked and bagged, weed trees removed and fallen limbs removed in the front and side yards. Part of the fallen tree was removed- for $285.66.
In the next two weeks, the remainder of the tree was removed, and there were two more mowings. This ran $729.05. I asked Brendan to hold off on the heavy debris removal for a while until I decided my plans for other work on the building.
By August 1st, I was only billed for two more basic mowing visits-$78.00. He will continue now to remove the massive amount of fallen branches and weed trees in the back yard.
I really appreciate that I don't have to be there when the work is being done. Brendan just sends invoices via email and I mail him payment by check. This works well for both of us. If I have questions I can call or email and I have always had prompt responses from him.
The website and company name indicate just winter snow removal, but they do yard work as well. I have no complaints, only praise for the good work to date. Please note that there is a company in the Shoreview area with a very similar name, but it is not affiliated with this company as far as I know.
