1. Provider tried to upsell from the beginning
2. Was expensive compared to other providers but promised quality that was not received in the end
3. Provider did not pick up all trash upon job completion
4. Provider was rude to my dog
5. Window treatments came out crooked and Tom made no effort to fix this. Instead, he blamed it on my windows being old.
I would not recommend him to anyone else.
