Late first day left with much work remaining. Came back back 2nd day. Basically they were not very thorough cleaners. Many dirty areas just left untouched. Very disappointed in the job done. Nice people.

"I am literally Shocked & Appalled about this review! To anybody who is reading this review let me start off by saying that this place was atrocious! Disgusting! This person had six cats and who knows how long they been living there. I had two days before he was going back to a different state and I had four of us cleaning this place. There was no way we were getting this place done in one day so yes we did have to come back a second day. I feel really bad for subjecting my employees to a place that was that disgusting. Mega cobwebs,dust, and tremendous build-up of grease & dirt in the kitchen not to mention all the pee, poop and puke all over the basement floor! Gloves and face masks we're definitely needed. Four of us were there a total of approximately 7 to 8 hrs. which comes out to be 28 to 32 labor hours. We worked our BUTTS off! I specifically asked him if everything was up to his standards before we left and he said yes ! I even offered to come back the next day if he found anything that still needed to be done. In my opinion I didn't charge enough for this place!"

Very thorough. Very reasonable rates. Flexible as to priorities and time spent cleaning. She cleaned things I didn't even know needed cleaning! I've signed up for monthly cleanings as she is the best I've come across -- I've been trying out cleaning services for the past few months.

Kirsten squeezed me in at the last minute, and I am not even a customer - this was the first time I have used her services. She was prompt, did a great job and was very friendly - same for her staff. I would absolutely recommend Kirsten's Kleaning and use her again myself.

She was at the home for about 2 hours with a girl. She called me and advised me she is double booked and asked for options. I told her it had to be that day because I was putting my house on the market. Kirsten left but her son and the girl stayed to cleaning and it was a lot of flirting and no work being done. After they left my phones did not work,they leaned on my drapery and it was ripped and hanging down, and they said they were done. I walked around before I let them go and the light fixtures were not done, nothing was dusted, and the back sides of the doors were not clean. I made them re do the work because it was not done correctly. They shut off my furnace leaning against it and I thought my Ac unit had went out but it was just shut off I had to call out a service person to determine that my furnace was just shut off. Kirsten did not want me to pay through Angie's List she wanted me to write her a personal check and I am glad I did not because it states on the coupon to purchase through Angie's List.

"First of all I have to say that I had no idea this review was done and I am appalled at the grade that I got considering a lot of this was half-truths and non-truth. There was a double booking issue (human error) and I had three other employees doing this cleaning with me. I took one employee with me to go and do this very short cleaning and I left two to continue at this one so they could continue to keep working until I got back. They did a walk-through before I got back and When I got back I helped finish up the house, did a final walk-through with the owner to make sure everything was okay up to her standards. I was paid for 8 hours worth of work when in reality with three to four people there it was more like 27+ hours worth of Labor. Now I understand how frustrating and strenuous it is to move and sell the house and everything that comes with that but in my opinion this review is way out of context. And I would like to say to anybody who might be reviewing this for shopping for a cleaner that if you read my other reviews, they should speak for themselves and if you do have any questions feel free to give me a call and I would be happy to answer them."

Kristen and Tara dug right in and did a great job. They called to let me know they may be a bit late, which I was quite okay with. I think it was just 15 mins. They then gave me full attention once here. Would definitely hire again. Ceiling and walls have never looked better.

She (and her colleague) worked really hard and put in more than the agreed upon time in order to make things perfect for me. She got to places I hadn't touched in a long, long time (I hate to admit). If I were to hire a cleaner on a regular basis, I would definitely turn to Kirsten.

She worked hard to solve the issue in addition to vacuuming and washing bathrooms. If she came back I'd want her to spend more time on the whole house, really getting into the details.

Things went just fine in fact I have hired her on a monthly basis since.
I was happy with her work. She calls ahead of time to confirm our appointments.

She was amazing! Very professional and thorough. She spent four hours cleaning the apartment. It would have passed the white glove test. I would recommend this lady if you want an immaculate job done. She was also very pleasant. I heard her whistling while she was working.

She's very flexible and she will work you in if you have a personal issue. She's flexible in responding to questions or concerns that I may have. She'll be really frank with you and ask how you want a specific task to be completed. She is one of the few people I've ever used that will ask if I have any special instructions She's very good with the dog.

Kirsten is hard working and wants to please her customers. When necessary, she uses water. This is worth mentioning because some cleaning services favor spray cleaners and wiping rags only. I was especially pleased that when she found mold around my toilet area, she cleaned it away and informed me it had been there. I had not seen it and it would have grown worse. I had contracted three hours work. Kirsten spent some of this time cleaning up dirty, grit-covered items on my deck. She did so without hesitation and also helped me place some of them (and various other items) in my car. Near the end of the contracted time, she offered to stay on longer if I wanted more done. I said no because it was a bit late in the day, but I appreciated her willingness to have done so if necessary.

She still works for me. She's really good. Everything is really good. She does a good job. She knows what she's doing. It's a pretty good deal. She's always good. I would absolutely use her in the future.

I live alone with my dog. She went over and above regarding the dog hair. Dusted everything in sight, removing cob webs that the others had missed. She actually put in some extra time at her expense to make sure the job was done correctly.
I have tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom that she cleaned and scrubbed to look like new.
Hard working, polite and punctual - what else can I say?
