Great company to work with and quality craftsmanship. I had damage to my roof from ice that caused a hole in the roof to leak. Ted from first impressions exteriors was very responsive and came to complete the repair work himself. Thankful for first impressions response to a serious problem.

Excellent work. Contacted several contractors for our small job. Only one willing to take it on. We will contact them again if we ever need exterior work.

they were very prompt about resolving my roof issues . They did a very good job of documenting all damages to my roof,contacted me before any changes were need. They cleaned up almost spotless every day. For my further home projects I will use first impressions again

Fast, easy, no problems. I loved working with them.

The need was to have ONE shingle re-tacked to the shingle line. The issue was his ONE single was 35â up on the roof (back of house, basement side). After waiting 1 hour past the scheduled time I called and was told I wasnâ t on the schedule, the confirmation in my hand telling me otherwise, but he would be by at 7:30 that evening. At 7:10 I heard that it would be 9:00AM the next morning. At 11:00 the next morning he arrived, explaining that he needed to get his truck washed and then had to go get the ladder. He quickly realized that the ladder wasnâ t long enough (he was provided pictures of the location showing a full three stories). He said heâ d be back with the right ladder at 7:30. Arrived back at around 6:30 and finally took care of the need. He took pictures and said heâ d send them to me - still waiting for them - so I still donâ t know the true quality of the work. It was a quick-turn NEED, difficult placement, and the shingle looks like itâ s reattached, AND it was taken care of before wind/rain so Iâ m happy about that. My time waiting and rescheduling outweighed the cost of the job, but in the end it was fixed before the first company I called even called back!

I was out of town when my wife told of water entering the house from a vent pipe. First impressions squeezed us into the next day schedule. I was touching down at the airport while Chad was already making the repair, taking multiple before and after pics. And the price was extremely reasonable. Very refreshing experience.

Wanted them to do partial snow & ice removal they ended up doing the whole roof which I did not want. They spent an hour thawing out the frozen hoses that they used and shorted out by outside outlet that was previously working. Had to use an inside outlet for their machine which ended up freezing my weather stripping and freezing my door closed. Had to use a pry bar to get door opened next day. Workers didn't have clear instructions as to what I wanted done so they went ahead and did the whole roof. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

I hired these guys and appreciate their focus on providing me with a pretty fast quote. I am still awaiting for them to get it done. So the radio silence is not great but I trust they are busy. Once this is completed I will be better able to judge the quality, value and customer service questions.

Ted and his employee both responded very quickly. I didn’t know I needed a roofer until 3pm. They were onsite the next morning actually doing the job. Furthermore payment was done remotely through a secure channel. Everything about it was convenient. I would highly recommend them for responsivness, professionalism, and pricing was right in line.

Very fitting name for the company. They make a great first impression, but unfortunately the quality they bring to the table at the beginning of the project isn't maintained throughout the entire project. I was pleased with how helpful they were with navigating the insurance claims process, but unfortunately that's where my positive review stops. Understandably, right after a big hail storm that destroys hundreds of houses in the area has quite the impact on available workers, but having this project drag out for over 14 months now (and STILL not done) is a bit ridiculous. I didn't think this project would span two winters, but it's starting to look like that may be the case. I continue to have to send weekly or bi-weekly email/call/text reminders of what is still outstanding on my house, and I continue to get half-asses excuses every time (busy with other houses, we switched vendors, can't get a hold of a deck guy, out of town for a wedding, didn't see that I had a voicemail). On several occasions they've told me that my project is "at the top of the list" and that they would focus all their resources on finishing up my house. What a joke. If my house was at the top of their list, I shouldn't have to ask them 10 days after they installed gutters when they plan to install downspouts for one of those gutters. Aside from the absurd schedule of this project, the quality of the work has been less than desirable. Plenty of shortcuts have been taken - especially on the roof. When they were working on the roof, I had questions and concerns about a couple things. Not a single person at my house spoke English. I had to wait around for Chad to make his way over to voice my concerns. When they were all done with the roof, it resembled a 4-year-old's art project. Shingles not cut in a straight line around the entire edge of the house, bent and warped drip edge everywhere, nail holes in several places in the drip edge, a tin snip was rarely used on the drip edge that turned a corner - it was just bent/broken. It's been 12 weeks now since we established a touch-up list, and they're only about 75% done with it. Government work moves at a faster pace. Oh, and if you do hire them, be sure to designate plenty of space to store their surplus material that will inevitably sit there for 3-10 weeks after that portion of work is complete. I'm very fed up with this company, and I can't wait for them to be out of my hair. Until then, regular reminders to them that I still exist and my house still isn't complete is in my future.

Pro came out inspected our roof which he said was good one little problem with a vent which my husband repaired. Actually we didn’t have to hire anybody from First Impressions. Pro was couteous and knowledgeable and very helpful we would recommend this company to our friends.

Installed a roof vent for a bathroom fan. Work was done as promised, and they lay plastic over our furniture inside. Courteous and professional. Took care of a little chimney flashing that had come loose and didn't charge extra.

Chad came out and did my roof inspection he was punctual and professional that day. It was dealing with him in the following days/week that he excelled. I had many hoops to jump through for my insurance company and no matter how vague the request was Chad, was able to give me what I asked for, with a quick turn around. He was fantastic! And helped me save on my insurance bill. Everyone I had contact with in this company were pleasant and very helpful. For Customer Service A+. They only non positive thing I have to say is I went to pay my bill online, and the system was not working properly. I would definitely call them again

Ted and Chad at first impressions have been a pleasure to work with. From being able to give expert advice about our roofing options to helping coordinate with the insurance. On the day of our install, they were onsite and help oversee any issues that came up and were even more beneficial once the work was completed. Ted and Chad were there along our side during the entire process and ensured the work was completed to high standards. Highly recommended and very friendly.

Great Company, did work as promised, very fast hard working crew, and Chad was great getting the job down quickly as I was selling the home.
