We were given a few different estimates so we knew our options and how much each option costs. They were extremely busy during this week, but they still worked with our schedule and made our project a priority. The only snag was that we were unable to connect on which option we wanted before they started drilling. Part of that was my fault but if you are using them just be sure that you're on the same page as to which option you want BEFORE they start drilling! On the site they were respectful and did move things around to accomodate our needs (ie when I wanted to move the spot they selected for drilling the well they did so very willingly.)
