They are very easy people to deal with. I went to a model home, and decided to use this company. On the phones, they are very easy to get a hold of. They sub contract out a lot of the work, but they have very good workmanship. They sub contract out each separate job like roofing, flooring, etc. This is my first time using them. The house comes with their standard items, and if you want the nicer items you have to upgrade. When you upgrade, then you are spending more money. There is an extra cost. They do not furnish the towel racks, mirrors, etc.
