Simple and easy. Made a call and set up window for them to come out. They arrived and performed the job. Left me a bill, and it was all over. Again simple, easy and nothing to worry about. And VERY competitive rates!!

They had the best price. Their truck did a little damage to the driveway and they didn't do back flushing. They came when they said they were.

The fellow arrived ahead of schedule which was really great because we had to get to work. He was very friendly and professional and was careful not to drag the hose through my flowerbed. I definitely recommend this company.

They are extremely professional and take great care around your yard. They have clean gear and will take the time to explain to you what they are doing and why. They inform you of how often your system will need cleaning and maintenance.

I found Schlomka on the list of pumpers provided on Lake Elmo's city web site. After calling to check on prices, I quickly discovered that Schlomka was not only the cheapest, but the friendliest. I was unable to provide the tank's capacity, so the driver (AS) showed me the digital meter in the truck and based upon that info guessed it at 1,000 gallons. He could've told me anything! A few days after the service, Andrea Schlomka sent me a hand-written thank you note. Those little gestures are what make companies stand out as exceptional. This is a family-owned and operated business since 1939.
