Sampson Construction
About us
I have been in business for 23 years. I have no employees, but have a circuit of other contractors I can call on to help if the job deems it. I generally get 50% down, balance upon completion, but I am flexible and again it depends on the job. I do also work with insurance companies under thier payment terms.

I do almost anything from installing a storm door to building new houses. I mostly prefer kitchen and bathroom remodels, and decks of all kinds, basement finishes, garages, gut and remodels

Randy also built a new garage on the property. I wanted an extra-large space to park a large vehicle that I own, and he built exactly what I asked for. I saved money by doing the wiring and some plumbing myself, and Randy was happy to offer me pointers when I wasn't quite sure what needed to be done. We ended up as friends, and I expect that we will be hiring him again for other projects.
I gave Sampson Construction a "B" for Punctuality because, as a small contractor, Randy occasionally took a day off to go help a fellow contractor with a job, and that ate into the time that Randy had available to work on our project. I realize that this type of situation is not uncommon, so it was not a major issue. I met all of the sub-contractors that Randy uses and found that every one of them was very knowledgeable about their chosen field, friendly, and open to discussion of the work that they performed on our project.
I have every confidence in Randy, and in his ability to complete a project in a cost-effective manner. I would recommend Sampson Construction LLC to any home owner who is contemplating anything from a small re-modeling job to the construction of a complete new home.
