I HAD NEVER TRIED THEM AND KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THEM BEYOND AN AD IN THE PHONE BOOK THAT SAID THEY OFFERED NEXT DAY REPAIRS ON E-MACHINES AND ALL PC'S. I CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND LEARNED THEY HAD BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1992 AND HAD A SATISFACTORY RECORD. I WAS VERY PLEASED -- NOT ONLY WITH THEIR PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, BUT WITH THE COST.
