The first time he cleaned the furnace for $94. Everything satisfactory, price reasonable. The second time he came and replaced the ignition element after the furnace quit. Total was $142. Everything satisfactory, price a little high. The third time he came it was a Sunday. Our furnace filter was plugged. He spent 5-10 minutes here and charged us $126. Even for a Sunday, this was extremely high. We do credit him for being willing to come on a Sunday. For these three occurrences I would give him an A for everything except cost. For cost he would get a C. We will most likely hire him again.

Called for an estimate. Brad showed up on time and answered our many questions about product and installation options. After considering many other products and bids we chose the Ruud furnace and air conditioner that he recommended. Within a week he started the job and was done in a few days. Brad came back when the weather got hot to double check the air conditioner. He did a good job and except that we have a shiny new efficient furnace, water heater and air conditioner you would never know he was here.
