+ -1 moreHe came in and saw what we needed to be done. He said he wouldn’t be available during the time we needed it so he gave us other phone number. There were no cost for the service. He didn’t have the time to schedule during the time we needed.
Description of Work: We called out a general contractor. It was called Lil Buck Industries. He came out to give us the initial estimate.

+ 4 moreThe project was done in two parts, first the basement and then the kitchen. We were there for the basement remodel. We would have preferred to leave and have the work done while gone. Since we would have no kitchen during the second part of the project, we did leave on a trip. All of the materials, appliances, tile, counter tops and cabnets were purchased and delivered as construction progressed. Lil Buck was the general who brought in subs for specialty work like electrical , flooring and counter tops. They managed the entire job. We are extremely pleased with the results. We now have a new kitchen that is modern, effecient and very well constructed.
Description of Work: We left on a 3 month trip and had our kitchen remodled by Lil Buck Industries. I recommend purchasing all the materials ahead of time. A good drawings that the contractor has reviewed and verified are essential. During the construction, we found additional structural repairs were needed. They were done on a time and materials basis for a very reasonable price. The entire kitchen was stripped. Walls were removed, electrical and plumbing were redone. Everything was new. This was a major remodel that took all of the 3 months allotted. In addition, 7 interior doors, 2 pocket doors and 6 bifold closet doors and associated trim were replaced throught the house. Prior to this the entire basement including an entertainment center, workout room, bathroom and utility room were remodled with extensive sheetrock and finishing required. The suspended ceiling was removed and ceiling refinished. All new lighting and flooring were installed. The work was done in phases to allow us to allow us to make all the decisions and assemble construction materials and appliances.
