I love it. They are a full service salon. They do hair cutting, makeup, massage and waxing.

It is not necessarily reasonable but I doubt it is more than anywhere else. She is very good and quick. She makes me comfortable. She is very empathetic. They put on the hot wax and put on the cloth and rip it off and put a soothing thing afterwards. I had no reactions after that.

She used to work with Estheticians and then she started working here so I followed her. Her facial is awesome. She is very, very good. It is very relaxing. The atmosphere is very subtle, conducive and quiet. She takes very good care of my skin. She checks it out each time and sees how it is doing. I used to go regularly and it was awesome. I don't go very regularly now. She takes care of everything. She uses aroma therapy. I had wonderful experience. It is not always easy to schedule with her.

They're creative and very good craftsmen. They're courteous and punctual, have a great environment and lots of amenities.

The salon and spa is very beautiful and has a huge picture window looking out to the lake. The haircut, by Michelle, was done to fix a poor job by another salon. Michelle did an excellent job of analyzing my hair type and the cut and figuring out what to do with it. Kristy was very attentive during my facial. The facial was approximately 1 and 1/4 hours in length and involved chemical peel, clay mask, moisturizers, massage, etc. I was able to use a coupon for $20 off that I purchased on the internet. I felt very pampered and was not pressured to buy products.
