I t had taken a while to get them out because of the weather stopping any work. Jamie called and asked if Thurs. would be ok to start, however he contacted us the next day and said last job went quicker and could they come Wed. That was fine. He dug out around the side and front of the house and patched up cracks in foundation. Then he and Chris put this tar on the block. The next day they came out with bobcat and proceeded to move the earth around so it is now higher by the house and he created a swale for the water to run down. He also put in a box under each of the downspouts and connected these with pvc and all underground for water to run out at end. They came back the next morning at 7:30am and placed edging with stakes around front of yard to back of side yard, they made a design with it. Then put down very high grade cover so weeds won't come up and put mulch over this. Then put on topsoil seeded and put straw over this. He told us how to water the seed and he placed the plants we had. We then planted what we had after he showed us how to move mulch and cut fabric. They also put in 2 different flagstone walks thru the mulch which I had asked for. While he was here with the bob cat I asked if he could take out some stone and junk around a large tree and just take it down level with ground. He happily obliged and when he seeded he did that area also and put straw over it too. He went beyond what was necessary . Jamie always stopped to answer any questions I had. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
