Never showed up on time. Said it would take 3 nights to get it done, it took a week. He disappeared for 3 days and told us all kinds of lies. He dented the dishwasher. Scratched the floor in front of the fridge 3 times, replaced it each time, but there is still a big scratch. The last day he finally came back to finish the end of the hallway flooring and put the trim back on... he did the worst job we have ever seen. Trim looked horrible. Had to use cord around trim and he didn't even nail it all in since he nailed it where the gap was so it came right off. Put caulking in the gaps by the doors in the hallway. Used the old wood transitions that we said we didn't want used! Asked him for a receipt/invoice atleast 5 times and he ignored it every time. Before he left the last day we asked again and he said he'd go get one from his truck and he took off!!! Wouldn't answer the phone then called screaming at us the next day because we told people not to trust him! His friend who recommended him felt so bad he came and fixed everything that needed to be fixed the next day! He was paid in full. But every time he talked to my mom he was talking about how broke he was and blah blah blah.
