Hot Tub Heroes, LLC

Showed the Service Tech where it was leaking, and he replaced a T handle shutoff. But the issue was the Impeller housing, Wet End, and the service tech never checked it. Cost me $245 and they did not solve the problem. I had to replace the wet end my self, for a cost of $130. I had it apart and ready for the Tech to diagnose the problem!! This is their business. I will never use them again. I never should of called them.

I had previously hired Hot Tub Heroes who failed to repair the tub, took my money, and left a note saying “tub was leaking from bottom.” They also left the tub partially disassembled, with screws sticking out and panels loose. Booked a different company called Mcfarland Hot Water to come expecting them to have to lift the tub to fix. Within 45 minutes they had found the leak that Hot Tub Heroes couldn’t, and it definitely wasn’t on the bottom. Hot Tub Hero’s did not care and refused to return my repair fee.

No Issues.

When I first contacted HotTub Heroes they wanted to know what if anything I'd already tried, then came out to take a look. Upon disassembly the cracked piece was pretty obvious, so an order was put in for a replacement.
When the part arrived and it was installed, we had to wait at least 24 hours for everything to cure.
When I started to fill the tub, the new piece worked perfectly, but then I found a second leak.
Same process as before, only now replacing the second part.
Once that was working, the final piece was replacing the blower motor which had gotten soaked when the PVC split open. Since it was causing shorts Pat unhooked it until the new blower motor arrived so the hot tub was still usable. (jets etc. just no bubbles)
All in all, it was a lengthy repair process, but somewhat unavoidable as we had to fix parts as we discovered they'd failed.

I used them because my neighbors had used them and were pleased with the service. I had just received an old/used hottub and did not know anything about them. One pipe was broken. When I called I specifically said that I was willing to pay for a service call for one small pvc pipe fix because I was also hoping for information and instruction on how the tub worked and what I needed to do.
I was assured the man coming out would happily give me information and that he loved to teach. He came and repaired the pipe but when I asked for information he gave me a web site. He would not explain how the tub worked, look at the chemicals I had been given, or give me any information on what I was going to need to do.
I also needed a new cover made and asked if he was able to assist with the measuring and ordering of that but I was told they would not help with that but that I could probably find a company on the web that could make my cover.
I was paying for help and information and had been very clear on that request. What I got was 5 inches of pvc pipe fixed for $135.
