It sucked. With the exception of the original store clerk I spent most of the time arguing with the store, Home Depot customer service or the installers. Home Depot first tried weaseling their way out of a 10% discount they were advertising by telling me they could only give it to me if I filled out a credit card application. After I ordered the door, there was no communication when the door came in. I had to call the store to find out that the installers had picked it up 2 days previous. From there on it was "you will have to call the store," or "you will have to call the installers." After dickering with the store and installers for 3 hours we agreed upon another 4 weeks until the door will be installed. I called their national customer service number, the guy argued with me then offered me $100 gift card. We heard a lot of "we are very sorry," and "we will make note of it." We too are sorry and will make note of it.
