He is a really good loan officer. We dealt with Lee Aldrich. He was always available on email or phone and entire day as well as night. He was really professional and responsive.

Earl has been originating reverse mortgages ever since they became available. He is a real expert. His knowledge and wonderful personality make it impossible for customers not to enjoy the experience. My customers loved working with him. I will continue to recommend Earl for my customers who may benefit from a reverse mortgage.
Description of Work: I am a loan officer who was in the process of doing a home loan for a couple in their 60s. I knew they would be in trouble when their income stopped in 5 years. Earl suggested a reverse mortgage which requires no payments. It was perfect for my customers. I will continue to send customers to Earl.

Earl did a great job and kept us informed the whole way through the loan process for our new house. He called and kept us informed with the market changes and when to lock in for the best rate. I could not have asked for better service. The loan closed on time without any surprises. Earl went above and beyond for us and is a very knowledgeable lender. I would use Earl for all future loans.
