Late on a Sunday night my garage door stopped working. I had no way to get my car out the next day. I called Exact Door Service first thing the next morning and got a call back shortly after opening. Tyler arrived within the time frame promised. He efficiently replaced both door springs and performed needed maintenance. He was professional and courteous. It was a relief to have the service performed in a timely manner, and my garage door was back functional within only a few hours of my phone call.

Fast and friendly service! The guys showed up right on time, replaced the bottom seal and gave my garage door a tune up. Will hire again.

There was an initial miscommunication. However, the technician promptly came back and fixed the issue and even fixed our garage door opener as well to make up for the hassle of the miscommunication. The garage door itself looks amazing. Also, the cost of the garage door was almost half of what my home warranty vendor wanted to charge for the same quality door. Service was very prompt, even considering the miscommunication issue. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Perfectly.  Exceeded expectations.  The new door sensors are much more sturdy than my old ones which chronically needed realignment.   Customer service and workmanship get top marks.

I've used this company in the past for a larger issue and also received outstanding work so Exact Door was the only company I considered calling when I had another problem with my garage door. I expected this problem to be much larger than what it turned out to be.
Greg was professional, arrived on time, was always friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and strived to get it fixed with MY budget in mind.

I am very pleased with the work Exact Door Service. The opener was not opening and closing properly. It works beautifully now. The garage door was very noisy. It had been that way since the day it was installed. Now it is very quiet after they greased it. It is wonderful to have a quiet garage door.

Greg and his crew did a great job- in and out in a couple of hours. Came when they said they would, cleaned up the work site, made sure everything worked smoothly. Couldn't be happier.

In below zero temps Exact Door's team wasted no time. They were very knowledgable, experienced, and positive. Before freezing they checked my 20 year old system over and honed in and repaired  all likely problems. Their fixes put my door and opener back in like new condition. They wouldn't "guarantee" it for another 20 years but they did a great job! I would highly recommend Exact Door.

Same day service, on time. Quick fix. The weight of frost on the door had pulled an attachnent loose. Fixed it so it can't pull loose again. Showed me how to do routine maintenance. Fixed the lights. Suggested insulating the door.

Greg from Exact came out and after testing the door determined that the photo eyes were out of alignment, and the light socket in the actual opener had issues.   He fixed it promptly and it works perfectly.  Greg was professional, personable and did a terrific job.  We're so thankful to have this repaired after enduring weeks of backing the cars out, running into the garage to close the door manually and exiting the house via the front door -- especially in this cold weather.

replaced main spring for garage door. Very responsive and professional.  I was expecting to have to replace the entire door and opener.  Greg talked me out of it and saved me hundreds of $.  Fixed the door in about 30 min.  Would definitely recommend.
