I knew Brian from the neighborhood and building new construction homes.  He approached me after my fire.  It was the first fire project he worked on.  He rebuilt approximately 75% of my house including redesigning several rooms and adding a deck.  He was easy to work with and eager to please.  He worked within my budget and gave me some extras not on the bid.  I was so pleased with the result, I hired him for another $145K project.  The project took approximately 6 months to complete.  I was prepared for a 6 month time frame.  I think Brian thought he could complete it in 3 months.  I told him I wasn't in a hurry to move back into my home.
