Terry's service was recommended to me by the operation I use to service my furnace and air conditioner (Jim Culpepper at Conditioned Air, Inc. of Eagan). Terry explained the procedure in detail over the phone. It was no problem scheduling the service to fit my schedule. His crew actually arrived about 2 and 1/2 hours early. Lucky I happened to be home, as I had no forewarning that they'd be there so early. But it turned out to be no inconvenience for me. The technicians got right to work and did the job in about 2 hours, leaving no mess. They did explain that one section of duct in the basement, since it is covered by a finished ceiling, they weren't sure if they could reach all the way to the end, which is understandable. They did the best they could to get down the thing as far as possible, and I appreciated the info.
The only reason I've given a and quot;Band quot; rating on the price is that this is the only time I've had this work performed, so I have no previous experience to compare to. The furnace/AC guy who gave me the referral (and who I've come to trust) did tell me that Terry's service was much more thorough and professional than a lot of other and quot;fly by nightand quot; operations and I should expect to pay more. I thought the price to be reasonable.

Terry, the owner, called me to schedule my appointment. He was very kind and courteous and explained the whole procedure in detail. He also mentioned that I could obtain high quality HEPA filters for our furnace through him at close to cost. It was an incredible deal and I took advantage of it.
Two young professionals arrived on time and were as equally kind and courteous as Terry. They walked through the house with me and located all vent and ductwork areas. I was nervous wondering if they would find my home challenging since it is an older turn-of-the-century home with a combination of old and new ductwork with some areas of jerry-rigging by the previous owner. They assured me that they have experienced it all and they were very confident that they could take care of everything without a problem. They quickly went to work and were incredibly diligent. They absolutely got every bit of dust and dirt that had accumulated in my ductwork since the house was built! My furnace looked brand new, and it was even pointed out to me that my furnace wasn't cycling properly and they cleaned the sensor for me without charge, saving me a service call to the furnace repair guy later down the road. Afterwards, I was shown all that was cleaned out, and I was beyond impressed. I feel like I live in a new home! The air in my home smells clean and fresh each time the furnace kicks on. Iand quot;m breathing and sleeping better. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They have a customer for life.!

Our house had some remodeling done and we needed a serious cleaning of the air ducts. We'd never had them done before so we wanted some place that would do it right. When Andy arrived he removed his shoes and ensured he treated my house like he would his own. Very did thorough cleanup and left our house just as he found it

DUCTZ was a great company to work with. They were very flexible with my schedule. Andy and Brandon showed up and were very professional. They cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent for us and did an amazing job. Not only did the ducts look great, but they also did a great job cleaning up after their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work. Great job DUCTZ!

They were very punctual, professional and thorough. I would hire them again! Very pleased. The price was higher than some, but those lower prices were for lesser levels of cleaning. As Terry told us, that is kind of silly - "either it's clean, or it's not". I would not want to pay less for and get a less thorough job. It was a fair price for a great job.

I checked them out on Angie's List and they did a great job. My contractor referred me to them and they came over and gave me a bid. I had a fire in my home after that so then they insurance company ended up paying for the work. However, the amount he told me originally I would have paid, I thought it was very fair. I was happy with everything, they are very careful, don't mess anything up and he is a very good duct cleaner. They are punctual, take their shoes off and wear booties and they are very thorough. There were some unexpected things that he handled very well for us. It took some extra time but they were willing to do that and it was good. They put some special misting stuff so that certain harmful things don't get blown around the house. I have an issue with smells and he let me smell something they were going to use and he didn't roll his eyes, he was very attentive to my needs. They were right on time and always returned my phone calls. I would use them again, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

They were phenomenal! They accidentally pierced the A-coil, which they had fixed for me. They told me that they wanted us to be happy. They orchestrated everything to get it fixed. That was the first time I dealt with them, but I would highly recommend them. They were highly knowledgeable and professional. They treat you like family. I talked to them prior to even coming over. I explained to them what we were looking for. They have a nice website. We decided we wanted a thorough cleaning, and they guaranteed they would do everything. They sent the gentlemen over, and I felts so bad because the problem happened to him.

The entire job went very, very well. One thing that did happen during the cleaning process was an accident, however, it did happen. When they were cutting a hole in the sheet metal to get at the a-coil, they accidentally put a hole in the coil itself. Now, most duct cleaning companies would have tried to repair it, even though it had been compromised. Terry, the owner, said no we’re not going to try and repair it. The customer comes first and we are going to make arrangements to have a new a-coil installed at our company’s expense. A week later, we had a brand new a-coil. I have never worked with such nice people. They truly believe in customer satisfaction. I will definitely use Ductz again. They treat you like family. My wife and I couldn’t have picked a better company.
