The girl that ran the company was really great and did a great job. I thought the girls that work for her didn't do so well and I would rate them a C.

I would recommend her. She is phenomenal. I wouldn't be keeping her if she wasn't doing a good job. She charges per visit. The house looks a hundred times better than when they got here. It's spit polish clean when they get done. They are very thorough. They pay attention to detail.

Very unhappy with quality of service. Items to be cleaned: LOWER LEVEL AND STAIR CARPET CLEANING - We had previously cleaned the area ourselves, but were not able to get it as clean as we wanted. We originally contacted Do It Right cleaning just for household cleaning but when we found out that they also did carpet cleaning we discussed their ability to get the carpets any cleaner. They discussed at length how their professional carpet cleaner would do much better than the one we had and how it would help dry the carpet much faster. They stated it would be dry in about day. They also stated that they would be able to spot clean areas that were missed on our cleaning. All said and done, it took more than a week for the carpet to dry, we ended up with a severe mildew and musty smell all through out the house which lasted for months. We had to purchase a fan to help dry the carpet, now adding $80 to our cleaning expense. And, the carpets were only minimally cleaner than after our first cleaning. The spots they said could easily be taken care of were still present. Very dissatisfied with carpet cleaning. Would NOT recommend. HOUSEHOLD CLEANING - Again, they talked about how they could make the house "sparkle." Cleaning mostly consisted of the bathrooms, windows, floors, and laundry room. The windows were left with dirt buildup in the window sills and we had to reclean them ourselves. The floors appeared to have wiped off, not actually cleaned. Scuff marks remained on the lenolium and when I wiped them with a wet rag, it was still dirty. Enough said, the point is that we was very dissatisfied with the end result. They were very nice and talked very well about what they could to, but the end result was very disappointing.

It’s a crew of three, and they are wonderful. When they get done, my house is so clean, that I am just surprised as to how well they do it. It has been a real good experience. They come out once every two weeks, and I pay them about $135 for every visit. They even do windows. They are very thorough, professional and prompt for the most part. If they’re going to be late, the owner will call and let us know. They don’t take forever to do the job; they come in, get their work done immediately and leave. They are very animal-friendly too. They really are a find and they’ve made my life so much easier because I work a lot. I haven’t used other cleaning services in the past, and so I don’t know how their price would compare. I would continue to use them in the future.

It's fabulous. It couldn't be done any better. They are super nice, there always really helpful and willing to go above and beyond. They do a good job cleaning everything.

Amazing. True professionals and warm-hearted!

I was not happy with a cleaning service I was using. I looked in the local paper and called two cleaning services. I met with Lori who owns Doing It Right and she quoted me for her service every other week. I am very happy with the service.
