Country Loft Quilt & Design

I own a 1997 Gammill Classic Longarm Quilting Machine.  I called around to inquire about getting my machine checked over and tuned up.  I was told to get in touch with Country Loft, a family-owned business.  I spoke to Terese on the phone, and she was very helpful.  An appointment was set up for their technician, Jim to come over to my house to look at my machine.  He arrived promptly, and performed a 12-point tune-up and maintenance checklist, in addition to addressing all of my concerns.  He spent four hours on my machine, making sure that everything was running smoothly, and even replaced a defective part that I had broken (my fault) at no charge.  He addressed all of my concerns in a very professional manner.  He was very knowledgeable about Gammills and all the different models and features.  He took the time to stay at the end to do a practice run, to make sure that the tension on both the top and bottom were just right.  I will definitely use them again.
