We needed a whole house humidifier installed in our new home. We purchased one from the same manufacturer that made our thermostat, hoping that we could DIY the installation. We hadn't counted on all the complexities of a newer HVAC system. Enter Jeff and Kim from Climate Works! Kim set up a consult with Jeff, where he answered all of my questions and gave us our options. Before coming up with an estimate, he made some phone calls on our behalf to the various system manufacturers to make sure all the systems were compatible. In no time flat, we had an estimate and had scheduled our installation.
Two days later, Jeff was on site to install the humidifier and he did so in quick fashion (about 2 1/2 hours from the time he pulled in the driveway to the time he left). He was friendly, willing to educate me on the new installation as well as on my HVAC system. There were a few settings that were "missed" when the original installers put in the furnace - Jeff helped us get adjusted to the right setting.
Kim and Jeff were both great and we'll definitely call Climate Works again in the future.
