Bob Zacher

Tried selling our house in 2010 with a different Realtor and the sale never happened. In 2012 we put the house on the market again and hired an agent local to the area. Bob came out and gave us honest critiques of our home - which in my belief helped it to sell. We had multiple offers on our house in the first week. Unfortunately the offer we accepted fell through due to the buyers. After that we had another offer, did all the paper work and the buyer got cold feet and backed out. This was not an easy process, problems just kept coming up. Bob helped us stay positive and had our backs through the whole experience. He recommended Mark Meader at PHH Mortgage who was also excellent. On the other end - buying our new home which was not in his local area - again excellent. He had no problem meeting us in the Minneapolis area to show us multiple houses. When we finally found the house, there were multiple offers and he did a wonderful job representing us on that end too. This wasn't the first house we bought or sold, but the best Realtor we ever worked with. I felt he represented us and looked out for our welfare the whole time.
