Excellent service, rugs looked very bad (foreclosure) and Dustin made them look great

Dustin provided the best quote of all carpet cleaners. We forgot to mention steps and he didn't include it in the quote. After performing service, he told us that it would $30 extra but since it was included in quote, he still cleaned the steps and didn't charge extra for it.
