glass repair, replacement windows
 + 0 moreIn August 2013, I dropped in at this store and asked that someone come out and measure my picture window for replacement glass. I wanted to order argon filled double pane so it would be a sizable investment for one window. After 3 or so weeks, I didn't hear anything from them about a date to do the measurements even though they promised to come out. I called in and the same person answered the phone. She had never heard of me and had no idea what I was asking about. I explained again what I wanted and she promised someone would contact us to do the measurements within a week. I still haven't heard from them in October.
Description of Work: nothing....didn't show up, didn't call
