Description of Work: I wanted to be home for the estimate. Jim stopped by when we weren't home. He took pictures of the house. Then after a while he asked for what we wanted painted. He was going to make a bid off of the pictures he took. We wasted a month waiting for an estimate. We tried calling a few times and wrote several e-mails. We learned alot. Don't wait, or waste too much time waiting on an estimate.

+ -1 moreJim Alpaugh did a wonderful job. He was very professional and punctual. His employees were very professional as well . I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Power washed the deck. Repainted and put two coats on. Fixed holes in the basement walls and painted the entire basement.

+ -1 moreJim bid the job to be completed in two installments so we could have other work being done simultaneously. The first job was completed, however, he delayed us by a week or two due to the fact his team was running over on a job. We set a date for the second round of work. The second job was never completed, because he failed to answer emails and phone calls to set a date. Two different times he said they would start one week, then say we need another week, then never showed. All of the other companies we have worked with have been extremely professional - carpet, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, granite, etc. The lack of follow through with Triumph set my house remodel back about 6 weeks as I had to hire a new painter. Very disappointing for an Angie's List provider. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

He gave us a quote on paper last March for house painting and we would like to get on his schedule for some time this summer or fall. We are still waiting to hear from him to confirm a date to paint our house.
