Concrete Repair
We originally contacted Tad on June 11, 2012 and gave him a deposit with the intention to start work on August of 2012. In August he stopped refusing our calls, so in December we took him to small claims court. He never showed up, so a judgement was put against him. We offered to pay for the concrete, if he did the work and he agreed to this. He didn't score the concrete properly so it has two cracks.
