Provider returns calls, shows up as scheduled, does the work well, bills according to estimate, and is pleasant the entire time. The work was performed by the company owner, not casual labor. The owner is the estimator and installer, sometimes with competent help.

Andy is a pleasant person with whom to deal. He is responsive to e-mail and telephone contacts. Price seemed so fair that I sought no other bids. Might take up to two weeks for the double pane glass be available. Time to replace 8 windows, about three hours start to finish. He left no mess.
