Shine Window Cleaning is a Professional Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning company serving the entire Metro Area of Minneapolis and St.Paul, MN. They also serve Western Wisconsin as well. They have 3 employees, and do not use subcontractors at this time. Though not licensed (not required) they have been certified by the NWCA, and are fully insured. There is no trip charge for service, and ALL estimates are NO-OBLIGATION. All Angie's List members will save an additional 10%, or can choose to have that 10% donated to a local charity or fund-raiser.
