They worked with my schedule well and arrived when they said they would. There were unexpected complications with two of the five valves from a relatively poorly designed DIY system that was installed by a prior owner of the house. Other companies I've tried for fall blowouts or spring startups have tried a few half-hearted adjustments but either charged a lot of additional money to do so or basically gave up. The guy that came out very patiently tried a number of fixes to ensure that all five zones could get blown out including one that this spring another company said they couldn't figure out how to start.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a repeat customer.
