Thaine did a beautiful job on our project and we LOVE our new addition. He was extremely meticulous about every detail and had many great suggestions along the way. He was very hands on and built the porch himself with the help of one other worker who was also very professional. The subcontractors were friendly and professional as well and all were very respectful of our home. Every evening the site was cleaned up. The only negative about our experience was the length of time it took to complete the project. It took quite a bit longer than expected although to be fair, there were a couple glitches with the delivery of the windows and with a flaw with the carpeting. We also added on a few " extras" along the way. Thaine's attention to detail also made things take longer, but the finshed project was well worth the extra time it took. If you're under the gun to get your project completed, this might not be your contractor, but if you're more interested in a quality product, this is the contractor for you. We highly recommend this contractor and would hire him again for any future projects.
