We have used Ray before.   Our basement floor drain doesn't have enough slope and doesn't drain properly.  Every few years it becomes plugged and we need to have it power augered.   Ray is prompt and friendly.   Does a good job leaves the area clean.

They came out on very short notice. They found the problem quickly and cleared both the bathtub and sink drain.

I have been using Percell's since 2002, well before I had even heard of Angie's List. I picked Percell's after doing lots of calling around and asking questions. I ended up selecting them because because I like small businesses, and I like to have the same person come out each time, and the prices were exceedingly reasonable. I have only used another company for this service once and not by choice, and it was a horrible experience. My main waterline backs up on a somewhat regular basis, the plumbing is older, tighter, and tends to have repeat issues. In response, I repeatedly call Percell's. Ray usually come out the same day, if not the very next, the prices are still reasonable, he shows up when he says he will, and since I'm a repeat customer, he knows where everything is and how it works. Ray also kindly puts up with my three crazy dogs, whether they are barking like we are being invaded by aliens or so happy to see Ray they attempt slobber him with kisses and help with plumbing. There are some types of plumbing jobs Percell's doesn't do, but I always call Ray first, and if it's not what he does, I get a referreal straight from him. I am so glad Percell's is still around to assist me after ten years. I can't say enough about the great service I have received.

I called Percell's on Wednesday and left a message. I received a call back within 10 minutes and they also gave me a cell phone number. They set up a time for the very next day for between 10-10:30. Not a two or four hour window like some companies. The gentleman arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and was even friendly with my dogs. I had to crate my German shepherd because she was trying to offer him assistance. He asked if he could let her out when he was done, which he did, and he gave her lots of attention. I realize it's not most service providers' jobs to be friendly with my dogs, but can't hurt.
