The vehicle was brought in for routine maintenance which included chassis lube, change oil and filter, top off fluids and visual safety inspection and tire rotation. Work was performed in a timely manner. We travel a little further to this provider because we trust the expertise of their mechanics.

Originally my appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment as I had started noticing some pulling. The local shopper e-mail ad had a coupon and they were also recommended by my neighbor.About an hour after I had dropped off my car they called to tell me it was my tires. While I still had some tread, my plans were to replace the tires later this year. But they were correct, the inside of my tires had bulging issues and other problems.

My normal tires are BF Goodrich Traction T/A 205/55R16 but they don't offer them and to be honest this set didn't even make it to half of what my last set of these tires did. Full disclosure - I used to live in Western Colorado and drove back and forth to Minnesota often so my old tires were about 85% highway miles and a different climate. My 2003 Pontiac Vibe has about 160,000 miles on it. So I purchased a set of Tiger Paws from them in the same size. They had to order them and they arrived the next business day so I brought my car back in.

The tires seem ok so far and I have tried them on ice and snow. But the alignment was slightly off to the right and the steering wheel just a tiny bit off. I am very picky about this as I drive so many highway miles. But I gave it a few days and then took it back in. They re-aligned it and rotated / balanced the tires and it is much better with a straight steering wheel.

I know that I picked a bad time to buy tires as a week later everyone had a sale. At the price they quoted me it was within $5 / tire of the three other companies I compared them to. This location is great for me and they are professional and not condescending towards women as a lot of other automotive providers can be. My knowledge of cars is pretty good and I appreciate their communication.

They keep their appointment times and they charged me what was quoted.

They do a good job and are very trustworthy. They are thorough, conscientious, and go above and beyond. I have left my car there after the shop has closed with a note describing what I'd like them to do, and they will do the work just as I asked. I would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter was here from out-of-town and her check engine light came on. We wanted to get it fixed but she was scheduled to return home that same day. Pederson got her car in the same day and had it fixed within an hour for much less than the dealer wanted to charge.

Excellent, fast service on electrical problem, as well as brake system. Done in 1 day. Also rotated my tires free of charge.

They are the most trustworthy auto shop I have dealt with. The pricing is fair and they are committed to what they do. They will call if extra repairs are needed before doing anything. They are a first class outfit. I can leave my car with a note in the seat and my keys in the box. The communication is good.
