Ocel Builders

We had been in contact with multiple banks a lawyers throughout the week trying to find the entity that owned the home to gain access. Over the weekend the neighbors had, had it with listening to the alarm. We contacted Ocel Builders. Matt Ocel was on the property promptly, and attempted to gain entry without causing damage. He was unsuccessful, but called a locksmith to gain entry. He shut off the fire alarms and contacted us to let us know it was taken care of.
I have worked with him multiple times on small projects, and have a large project coming up in the spring with him. He has been very professional with all of us property managers, and with our homeowners. He won't be the cheapest, but he will do a great job.

This deck replacement had to meet townhouse association and city code requirements. Matt Ocel and his crew did an exceptional job every step of the way. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleanly. The railing had to be special ordered so it wasn't ready when the deck itself was finished. Matt set up a temporary railing so I could still use my new deck while waiting for the railing to come in.
I would definitely recommend Matt Ocel and Ocel Builders to any one looking for a reliable, responsive, and excellent contractor. In fact I'm going to have Ocel Builders remodel my kitchen!

He was prompt and got the job done in 3 1/2 hours! He cleaned up after the work was done and you couldn't tell a new door was installed. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.
