Minnesota Seal

Minnesota Seal showed up on time and did a wonderful job on our driveway. They were professional and very friendly.

At first it was fine, I called and they quoted me and got me on their schedule to reseal my driveway. Then they rescheduled me once which was fine allegedly due to rain coming that night. They then came and did the driveway reseal. It looked great at first, but it rained lightly that afternoon, and the entire driveway seal washed off and to my horror went down into the gutter. I called and was told they would come out and reseal it again but they never came or called. When I contacted them again they told me I could get a refund from Groupon or wait until spring. I paid cash so I don't know how Groupon was supposed to assist me. I have texted and called several times since then and have received zero response. Pretty sad.

Very well. The work was well done and the workers were timely and tidy. The communication regarding rain delay was well done.

After waiting for these guys to sealcoat my driveway for 2 months and getting it re-scheduled twice, they told me that they don't service my area. These guys never pick up their phone, never respond back to the text messages. Very unprofessional. I am not even sure that they would refund back the money that I have already paid them.

Good price. Courteous nice people. Everything went just as expected. Very satisfied.
