Matt did a great job of really working with us - letting us do the parts of the job we wanted to and taking on the rest either himself or contracting out to specialists - plumbing/electrical. He was willing to let us go out and buy supplies and advised when he could get it cheaper. This really was a two way working relationship which we really needed and appreciated. Budgets were set up front and he was very helpful in suggesting the best ways to meet them. There were a couple problems with a tile install that he immediately owned and took on the cost to repair. We have worked with him on three projects now and will continue in the future.
