+ -1 moreMatt did a great job of really working with us - letting us do the parts of the job we wanted to and taking on the rest either himself or contracting out to specialists - plumbing/electrical. He was willing to let us go out and buy supplies and advised when he could get it cheaper. This really was a two way working relationship which we really needed and appreciated. Budgets were set up front and he was very helpful in suggesting the best ways to meet them. There were a couple problems with a tile install that he immediately owned and took on the cost to repair. We have worked with him on three projects now and will continue in the future.
Description of Work: We've used Matt at Latitude multiple times for home remodeling and repair services. He has remodeled two of our bathrooms and is currently working on a third. He is also finishing out some closet spaces as well as doing a whole interior paint and stain on the walls/window trim.
