HAPPY HARRYS FURNITURE

I've gone back to Happy Harry's 3 times for furniture for different rooms of my house, and I've been more than happy with the quality of my furniture AND the incredibly high quality of Customer Service these people provide. The prices have always been fantastic! HH goes above and beyond the call as far as Customer Service. Here's an example.....when I received my solid oak bedroom furniture that I'd ordered (which came in early, by the way, and HH got it out to me that same day AND took away my old bedroom set!!), I noticed a bit of a blemish on the corner of my chest of drawers. I called and talk to Brandon (wonderful guy!) and he said he'd be out the next day to look at it. He said he'd fix it, and if I still didn't like it, he'd order me a new one no questions asked. He fixed it to perfection and I was pleased. Shortly thereafter, I ordered a kitchen table and chairs (also solid oak).....same thing.....came in early, they delivered it the same day, and it was perfect! When I was picking out the colors/fabric for my Living Room furniture after I'd decided on the style, I asked what would happen if I got everything home (couch, loveseat, contrast chair, 8 pillows, coffee table, end table and sofa table) and I didn't like it in my living room. I was fairly sure I'd love it, but wanted to check it out just in case. Without batting an eye, Brandon told me that if I was sure I liked the fabric/colors when I originally picked them out, and if I got it home and it didn't look at all good, they'd take it all back, and let me pick new colors...I asked if there was a restocking fee, and he said no. Wow. This is the extent they will go to to ensure customer satisfaction! As it happens, I got a call yesterday to say that all my pieces were in and they could deliver it in the afternoon if someone was going to be home. Again, this was 3 weeks earlier than we thought. It was gorgeous, all of it. I'm terribly picky about flaws of any kind in furniture (even the smallest), and and even more picky about Customer Service when I'm doing business of this nature with people. I can't say enough about Happy Harry's, their people and their INCREDIBLE desire to make SURE their customers are COMPLETELY happy. Last but certainly not least, delivery is free (and they work around YOUR schedule), AND they will haul away the old furniture you're replacing with new at no extra charge. Quality, Customer Service and Value. Too good to be true??? No, not at all!!! Anyone will receive all three when dealing with Happy Harry's!!!

The people here are absolutely FANTASTIC to deal with. The customer service exceeds any I have received previously. They are not pushy and will help you with your selection every step of the way. They made sure we were 100% happy with everything. There is a lot of selection from various companies that you can order in if nothing in the story appeals to you. They were more then accommodating with ordering in an item for me and making sure it was exactly what I wanted, if it wasn't I WAS NOT OBLIGATED to purchase. There delivery charge is free which was wonderful. The turn around time on special orders is FAST! I definitely will be doing any furniture shopping here from this point on.
