Hadler Mgmt

Description of Work: Hadler Management only does property management in Meadow Creek Condo's. I talked to someone that works closely to them, and got a good review. I am in the beginning stages of hiring her and her spouse for managing my condo, since I have moved. I had to do everything from a distance, since I had already moved. The company does not have a website, but word of mouth reviews were awesome. Note; I've had them for 2+months now, and they are awesome! If I recall correctly, they charge 1/2 of first months rent, and then about 31$ for each month, for mgmt fees. Lucy is quick to get ahold of, either by email or phone call. In the beginning, I let her know that I wanted to be a part of the approval process of applicants, and that was great with her. Applicant process went well, and there were some things I hadn't fixed before I moved out, so her handyman fixed some minor items (at my request). Just yesterday my a/c unit went out, and so she let me know right away. I contacted her back right away that I got her email, and that I would find a replacement a/c. She called to let me know that she could do the research, get the item, install it, and possibly buy it (with my paying the bill after the fact). What a load off my back to figure out all that info. And this is why I am very grateful to have a Mgmt Company, vs trying to do it myself from 10 hours away!
