We love Deep Cleaning Pro! We ended up having a flood in our house that ended up leaving a stain on the inside of our tub. I tried everything under the sun to get the stain out. I bought so many different products and I couldn’t get the stain out. Deep Cleaning Pro not only got the stain out but left my house remarkably clean & smelling wonderful. No harsh chemical smells. They have now been cleaning our house every other week. It’s well worth the money & I definitely recommend them.

They provided a full house cleaning and they were super detailed oriented. They did a good job in my bathroom, kitchen, windows and baseboard. They were on time and thorough. They cleaned my house so well.

Jailin is always responsive to my requests for a cleaning time and able to provide a reliable service. Lilia and Miguel are very thorough and make sure I am satisfied at the end of each cleaning. They alway showed up no matter what the weather and always did a perfect job. We trusted them 100 percent which is also very important to us. You would be lucky to have deep cleaning do your cleaning no matter what it is.

Initial call was very informative, responsive and very flexible with my schedule. I felt comfortable with the company. They came in and took care of it all( carpets too) before they started they made sure we were still on the same page on what needed to be done. They got straight to work and WOW when I came back the house was spotless, there was grease off the kitchen walls that I have not been able to get off! The attention to detail, was on point they cleaned got my baseboards with out asking! I hired them to clean every other week!

I have them clean my home on a bi -weekly basis. They are great at commincating and we appreciate their flexibility with our crazy schedules. Cleaners are quick and very knowledgeable In what they do. They leave little details behind, they truly care if we are satisfied. They are always willing to accommodate us on any last minute requests. We love coming home after they have been here! Would recommend to anyone in a market for a cleaner.

My wife and 2 kids live in our 3 bedroom condo and we have been happy with the services because they always pay attention to detail when cleaning. Love my cleaning service! The initial cleaning went great to a level I didn’t think was possible. They got the cabinets, high dusting, behind my furniture and my appliances. They clean every two weeks for us. They are careful when cleaning, punctual, efficient and thorough; they leave nice little details behind and show attention to detail. They do a high quality job; they truly care if we are satisfied. I recommend them often, were happy with their services!

The team arrived confused and unclear about what they were supposed to do, they did not have the equipment to clean the carpet, and did not wash down the walls or the trim. They also severely scratched my stainless steel appliances and left pulls in my brand new rug. So now we have even more projects that we need to do to get our house ready to sell. I did not pay them.

Like I mentioned I would like to come out and look at damage and make things right at your convenience. Our intensions are to make the process of selling your home smoother and easier, nothing less. When I spoke with you throughout the day you were very happy with our services, you even mentioned the team was doing a great job! I would like to remind you Deep Cleaning Pro has a %100 guarantee on all our work. All our cleaners go through months of extensive training, and part of the training is learning how to clean specific surfaces like granite, stainless steel ect. We clean many apartments, homes, and commercial companies with stainless steel appliances and we have never had any problems. We have a specific process when we clean stainless steel appliances. Using a micro fiber cloth and dawn soap and nothing more. Our process ensures we leave the appliance nice and dry before we walk away, at this point we would have been able to see any damage. Our team leads are great about letting us know if they accidently damage something, in this case it was the team lead herself that clean the kitchen. The team that came out is our team that completes all one our one time cleanings, for example Market ready's, move in/ Outs ect. They are quick and experienced in these types of cleanings. Per our conversation during the consultation we had decided you were going to show us which spots to clean on the walls the day of the cleaning. You mentioned you or your husband were going to be there to show us specific spots to clean on the walls. However this was never communicated to our cleaners, this was the only process they were unsure about. Also the reason why we did not bring any equipment to clean the carpets yesterday was because per our agreement the carpets were scheduled to be cleaned the next business day. Like I mentioned in our voice mail this morning, I would like to come out, access the situation and make sure we make this process of selling your home easier, the last thing we want to do, is add another project on your list before you move out. Please contact us at your convenience so we can take care of this for you as soon as possible. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers, so we hope you give us the opportunity to discuss this further with you, we look forward to hearing from you and earn back your business.
