Arrowhead Products

I had Twin Cities Exteriors, a franchise of ABC Seamless, redo the siding on my home back in December. I had them come out to see if they could tell me why I had a stain on my new siding. Brian from Twin Cities Exteriors said that he had never seen the product have this issue so he would send out a representative from the manufacturer. Brian mentioned that his opinion is that it should have run down the siding instead of stain it. The Arrowhead Products representative showed up without calling or letting me know when he would be there and walked around my home. The gentleman who came out to my home was very condescending. He said that there wasn't anything wrong with his product and that it wouldn't be covered by a warranty. I felt like he was knocking different things around my home and that there was nothing wrong with his product. He mentioned that the stains could be from a sprinkler. I informed him that we do not use the sprinkler on that side of my home because I do not have plants on that side. He then asked about my neighbors and I said that they do not sprinkle over there either. After about 45 minutes, I asked him to leave my home. I spoke with Brian at ABC again and he said that he would speak with the representative tomorrow and give me a call back. It was just very frustrating. Twin Cities Exteriors is so accommodating and kind but the manufacturer was terrible to deal with. I would use Twin Cities Exteriors again but not Arrowhead Products or their products again.
