Apryl has tuned our piano a couple times no. We plan to continue with her indefinitely. (Before Apryl, our piano was tuned by Apryl's mother for many, many years.) The piano's sound is very even and rich when Apryl is done. Apryl also keeps our piano's Dampp Chaser humidification/dehumidification system in great shape.

Apryl came to my home on a Saturday morning as scheduled and was very friendly and organized. Never before did a piano tuner bring a hand vacuum to vacuum the dust balls that had accumulated. Apryl spent about 3 hours tuning my piano, she was very thorough and left the piano clean and tuned! She recommended some additional service to get the piano sounding even better. I will be giving her a call soon to get that scheduled.
