Overall, good experience. Rated D for price just for fact that it seems like we got overchaged. I have no idea exactly what was replaced but based on the amount of time spent and what I can see online for cost of the component it looks like was replaced, seems like 4X the amt of the part was charged. Again, not exactly sure what he replaced & I know absolutely nothing about the workings of a furnace, so I could be completely off base with that feedback...
Rated C for professionalism due to the tech not taking off his shoes - Wood floors, white carpet, snow outside, living in MN....People should know to take off thei shoes or have some booties! Anyway, he didnt make a mess or soil anything, just a pet peeve at our house.
Final word...End of the day, all we needed was our house to be warm and Apple Valley - Eagan / Tim Lockler repair service made it happen.
