These vacuums are how they used to be made, but without the bulk of a some models. Our vacuum cleans carpets well, and is made very durable. I also appreciate the old fashioned service of the Aerus store in Plymouth, where I will receive annual in home tune ups and repairs as needed at no charge for 10 years. Yes it costs more than a discount brand, but isn't it best to use something for at least 10 years instead of 2-3 before pitching in the landfill?
