He does handyman and home improvement jobs. He replaced the tiles in the bathroom in our rental properties and he did a nice job in that. It was very professionally done. He does some skilled labor work and all the odd jobs that I needed, he was willing to do. He is very flexible about whether I want him to buy the parts or I can buy what I needed and had him to put it in. I like having those options. I am giving him B not because of the quality of work. He really leaves the initiative to the person calling. He is prompt in showing up and very personable, but he does not initiate what the next step is. Whoever is calling needs to do that. Sometimes he gets the job done and does it well, but he does not go above and beyond which some folks do. That is what he misses.
