Everything went very well and I was happy to have used them. The were polite, on time and worked with us to help keep the cost down. We were hesitant to build because of cost. With their suggestions and help we were able to complete within our budget. Good crew that was hardworking.

They listened to what we wanted they are very reasonable with the pricing. They have the best quality that I have found. If there is anything that goes wrong they are out right away to get it fixed.

Started house construction, using plans from their draftsman, and 120 days later, as per contract, we closed on our new home. It was an incredibly positive experience, especially considering this was our first newly built home and we lived 225 miles away during construction. There was no surprises; our requests for changes were honored easily. The construction crew and all sub-contractors were both professional and friendly. The quality is superb - we often asked that they not cut corners to get us into our house before Christmas. The response was always that they had been taught never to cut corners and they didn't. Selecting all the different things we had to do was easy as we were sent to very professional people. We were able to either stay within our budget or chose to select more costly items. I designed my own kitchen and their cabinet maker made all the cabinets to that design as well as all the cabinets in the three bathrooms and laundry room. We have since used him to build custom built-ins around the fireplace. Our mortgage broker said that she is usually ignored by builders or not treated very nicely - not in this case. She was pleasantly surprised at how nice Matt was. She also said she'd never had a new-construction home close on time in 30 years - and we were her first. We can't say enough about this builder.
