20/20 Cleaning Specialist

It went well. Due to difficult weather conditions, other gutter cleaning services did not want to do this job, but Larry accepted the challenge. I have hired multiple gutter cleaning services in the past, but Larry was the first one to do it correctly. Besides cleaning the gutters, a gutter cleaning service should also flush the downspouts to make sure they are clean and clear of debris and he did that.

The first time they did the windows was great, so I called him back for a second service. It took a while to schedule the second appointment and they scratched up the windows.

The two owners come every two weeks, sometimes alone and sometimes with 1 additional worker. Total cleaning time is generally 1-1/2 to 2 hours. They are responsive to special requests and generally do a good job. They also do window cleaning, inside and out, for additional payment. Good work on windows.

The windows look very good. Lea, Larry and crew were timely and very efficient. Our windows were quite dirty, and they looked great at the completion of the job. We had some paint overlay from a recent house painting, and some concrete from a recently installed new patio that had gotten on some of our windows making the job more time consuming and difficult than anticipated. 20/20 still charged a very fair price, and did a good job informing us of the difficulties they encountered. They even gave us options for how they could further treat these issues if we wanted to get the windows in perfect condition.

They arrived on time and immediately set up their equipment. Three people came to my house and they were very organized and efficient getting the work done in little more than an hour. As they cleaned inside window surfaces they moved things around to get better access to the windows but they replaced everything as they found it. I keep all my windows locked and they relocked them after cleaning. The best part is that when they are done, the windows sparkle and almost disappear. Its been a couple of months since they last cleaned the windows and now they are beginning to collect dirt and grime from city living which makes me appreciate even more how great the windows look when 20/20 is finished cleaning them.

During and after the large snowstorm in early December 2010 I shoveled all of my driveway once and most of it again. But, I was too exhausted to finish the last large pile at the end of the driveway left by the county snowplow. I saw their ad in the Park Bugle for snow removal, so I called them in the morning and they said they could be at my home by about 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. They arrived a couple hours late, but they called to let me know they were running behind. They completely cleared the end of the driveway of snow with a snow blower.

This Company and the people are terrific.I called on Tuesday and they arrived as scheduled on the next day. All three employees were polite and courteous. They did an excellent job. Very prompt and neat. Windows never looked so good, I will use these people again. Thank you Angies list and the other customers reviews.

I called them and made an appointment, and they gave me an idea about the estimate over the phone. They showed up on time and I cannot believe how clear my windows are, I have never seen them like this even when they were brand new as well. They are doing a phenomenal job and I will use them every year now.

Excellent experience. Responsive on the phone. Worked quickly. All the windows look fantastic. I have a 1.5 story bungalow with old windows and storms. They gave a general phone estimate. The final amount was a little higher, but this wasn't unexpected because I didn't have them come out and give me a complete amount in advance.
