They covered their shoes when they came into the house. I was not around when they did the work, but I was very happy with the units that they installed. I was very happy with their service. I had received a couple of estimates, but my husband went with them. They were punctual.

Our first plumbing contractor (Twitchell) turned-out to be a disaster of unprofessional-ism who was causing havoc and cost over-runs in our construction. Day plumbing came in and did some of the work that was supposed to have been done by Twitchell's Plumbing and conducted themselves in a pressional manner that left me wishing they had been given all of the plumbing and heating contracts.
