From the very beginning Jeff was very professional. We had estimates from other contractors and his estimate was the most detailed we have ever seen including specifics of graduated payments. Jeff also gave us an estimate of the time it would take. He showed us a rendering of what it would look like which gave us the opportunity to make a change prior to signing a contract. Jeff put down drop cloths so that his trips in and out of the house would not have an impact on our hardwood floors and carpet. Even with the drop cloths Jeff would take off his shoes. He asked if we wanted the drop cloths picked up every day and we decided that with him coming every day there was no need except for the weekend. Jeff was prompt every day and in fact would come early and wait till 8:00 to knock on the door. He kept us informed about what he was doing and let us know when he was leaving and when he would be back. Jeff discovered and compensated for the fact that some of the surfaces that he had to work on were not square. Jeff cleaned up his work area every day. He completed the job on time and when he was done he got down on his hand and knees to clean and vacuum the area where the drop cloths were and his work area.
